The service
Memories lets an owner collect stories from a storyteller and order a printed book. Features not listed in the product (video, SMS delivery, QR codes in print) are not included.
Your content
You keep rights in the stories you submit. You grant us a license to store, transcribe, display in the project, and print them in the book you order.
Owners and storytellers
The owner is responsible for sending prompts only to people who agree to answer. A prompt link is a secret; do not post it publicly.
Payment
Project and gift-card prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Extra hardcover copies are priced separately.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Transcription quality depends on the recording.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current draft date.
