Who we are
Memories is a family life-story service. An owner sends prompts. A storyteller records or types answers. We store those answers and compile them into a book.
Accounts
Owners sign in with email one-time codes or Google, via Supabase Auth. Storytellers answering a prompt link do not create an account.
Stories and audio
Prompt text, typed answers, audio recordings, and transcripts are stored so we can show them to the project and prepare a book. Do not send information you do not want stored.
Payments
Checkout runs through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We send prompt links, sign-in codes, and transactional mail with Resend. Transactional email language is not bilingual in this version.
Cookies
We set a NEXT_LOCALE cookie for language. If you accept the banner, we remember that choice in memories-cookie-consent. We do not use advertising cookies.
